Amazing river view and attentive staff

We stayed at a hotel located near the city center, close to railway and airport. We loved the amazing view from our room overlooking the river and the bridges. The staff was very attentive and friendly, always willing to help us with any request. The hotel also had a well-equipped fitness center and a nice pool.

Our experience was partially spoiled due to the outdated decor of the rooms. The furnishing felt old and worn out which was a stark contrast to the updated lobby.

Great location next to main attractions and easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist with recommendations. Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Unappealing exterior, which doesn't do the hotel justice. Room service was slow to respond to requests, and the gym was directly beneath my room, causing some unwanted noise during early mornings.

Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, parking on site, clean and comfortable rooms.

The customer service was prompt and efficient, with a wide selection of restaurants in close proximity offering options like Rancho Pancho just a short walk away.

Hard beds!

It was well situated for my conference in the Point Centre. The beds were comfortable, nice en-suite and and excellent breakfast

This hotel offers a great location right across from a casino, making it convenient for entertainment. Although there were roadworks caused by the major waterfront development, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast was delicious, and there were options to go to Debenhams cafe for breakfast as well. the rooms were well-equipped, and some even had a view of the river Tay.

The over-priced restaurant was a bit disappointing in terms of value for money.

We enjoy staying at the Hilton because it is so central, the staff are always friendly and very helpful and the breakfast is always superb. When visiting Dundee we always try to stayhere.

Staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for central Dundee.

The hotel was fine and what i expected, we normally use Bed and Breakfast in guest houses on days away but the Hilton was just as good value.

We found there were too many items of crockery etc on the breakfast table, when we had eaten the dirty plates were not removed quickly enough prior to us having toast etc, I think a "dirty" tray stategically placed would enable guests to dump their dirty plates ready for staff to collect, would have made things easier.

I was visiting my son who lives in Dundee and as he shares a flat I also stay in a hotel. This was my first stay at the Hilton which was very conveniently situated to train station, shops, etc. The weather was excellent which added to the setting of the hotel overlooking the sea. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and cosy and breakfast was very enjoyable with a good variety to choose from. I totally enjoyed my stay and would definitely return to this hotel.
